• Cacao Ceremony: We’ll open with a ceremonial cup of heart-expanding cacao to ground in presence, open emotional pathways, and set intentions.

• Guided Breathwork Journey: Tap into the wisdom of your body and breath in a transformative session designed to release old patterns and welcome the light of new possibilities.

• Healing Soundbath: Bathe in the vibrational medicine of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments that recalibrate your nervous system and soothe your soul.

🌀 All are welcome. No prior experience necessary. Bring a journal, a small pillow, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy and open. We provide comfortable meditation mats, eye covers and blankets.

Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. While this experience is designed to be deeply healing, some practices—particularly breathwork and the use of the BioCharger—may need to be modified or avoided depending on certain medical conditions.

If you have any of the following conditions, you are advised to breathe only through the nose and go at a gentle, modified pace during breathwork:

• COPD or other chronic lung conditions

• Delicate pregnancy

• High blood pressure (hypertension)

• Low blood pressure with a history of fainting

• Glaucoma or detached retina

• Severe osteoporosis

• Recent major surgery

For the BioCharger session, please note that it is not recommended for individuals with:

• Implanted electrical devices (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, chemo ports)

• Epilepsy
