Group Event Cancellation Policy
New group therapy participants: The total fee is $375* includes a required medical assessment/clearance, required virtual preparation meeting (all group attendees), 2 hour group therapy event, post group therapy integration session, and Ketamine medication.
Returning group therapy participants: The total fee is $275* which includes: $100 non-refundable deposit to secure a group spot, 2-hour event, post group therapy integration session, and Ketamine medication.
Non-Refundable Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the group therapy event and for the mandatory medical assessment for new participants. For returning participants, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to secure a spot in the group event.
Medical Clearance Process: Our group therapy sessions involve a thorough medical clearance process. This is necessary to ensure the safety and suitability of all participants.
Balance due: For assessed and cleared group therapy participants, the remaining balance is due 1 business days before the scheduled group therapy event to continue to hold and secure the group spot.
No admittance: Refunds are not available if a group therapy participant arrives more than 10 minutes late from the start time to any scheduled group therapy event. The clinic door will be locked and no one will be admitted after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time with no exceptions.
No Refunds: Refunds of the remaining balance are not available if cancelled within 2 business days of a scheduled event or if a group participant is more than 10 minutes late to each scheduled group therapy start time.
Rescheduling Option: If you cancel your group therapy attendance within the cancellation window and have completed the medical assessment and were cleared to attend, you are eligible for a refund of group therapy fee paid minus the non-refundable $100 deposit or you may opt to reschedule to a future group therapy event.
Missing a Second Group: If a participant who has rescheduled once, misses or reschedules a second group session, there will be no refund provided. Additionally, any further rescheduling will incur full fees as per the standard initial registration process.
Exceptions: Special circumstances may warrant exceptions to this policy. Please contact us directly for potential considerations.

*All group participants must have a medical assessment and clearance within 6 months of any group therapy event. All participants who have not completed a medical assessment within 6 months of a group event, are considered new group participants. There are no additional discounts available for group participants.
