Loving Kindness Lunch Hour

Led by Amber Broyles-500 HR RYT. This 45-minute express class is designed to fit into your lunch hour, offering just enough movement to awaken the body, build a little strength, and melt into deep, nurturing stretch. We’ll close with Metta, a Loving Kindness meditation, to help you begin your Monday grounded, cared for, and connected. Offered through our nonprofit, Karma Inspired Yoga.
