Joint Journey: Supporting You Through Perimenopausal & Menopausal Arthritis

Join Dr. Alina Kifayat, our rheumatologist, for an educational seminar on joint pain during menopause and perimenopause, secondary to hormonal changes.

Explore a range of strategies to manage joint pain, musculoskeletal discomfort, and related symptoms such as mood changes, sleep disturbances, and hot flashes.

Topics will include:

• Non-pharmaceutical approaches
• Acupuncture and supplement options
• Pharmaceutical treatments and rheumatologic interventions
• Risks and benefits of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

You’ll leave with practical tools, helpful resources, and an integrative approach to support joint health and overall well-being during this stage of life.

An acupuncture demonstration will be included as part of the session.
