Join Amber Broyles-500HR RTY and Level One Sound Healing Practitioner for this once a month offering. Experience the perfect blend of gentle yoga and the deeply healing power of sound meditation. This class begins with a slow and mindful yoga practice, focused on releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, and fostering a sense of ease. Designed to be accessible for all levels, the movements emphasize comfort, breath awareness, and connection to your body.

The practice concludes with a peaceful sound meditation, where the harmonious vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, or other instruments promote profound relaxation and emotional healing. Sound has the unique ability to shift energy, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of balance and harmony within.
