Earth and Ether Restorative Yoga

This deeply nourishing class is designed to gently guide you back into balance—body, mind, and spirit. Blending the grounding presence of Hatha yoga postures with the calming rhythm of pranayama breath meditation and the subtle energy awakening of Kundalini Kriya, this sequence offers a holistic and accessible practice for all levels.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a dedicated practitioner, you’ll be invited to move with intention and rest with awareness. Through slow, mindful movement and supported postures, the body is given space to release held tension, while breathwork and kriya practices help to harmonize the nervous system and revitalize your inner energy.

Leave feeling centered, restored, and reconnected to the quiet wisdom within.

The yoga practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified Radiant Body Yoga teacher 200 RYT and a certified and trauma informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator. Ivy is also a hairdresser/entreprenuer of 32 years and a natural skincare formulator. She empowers others in the areas of Embodied Leadership, the path of 12 step recovery and Collective Consciousness. She is a Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga pracitioner, and is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to deeply connect with the energetic body. She's a Colorado native and loves her 3 cats, time in the mountains and discovering natural hot springs.
