Beginning Yoga Series

This class is a 5-week course. Class will be held once a week every Sunday from 6p-7:30p. First class will be 10.10.25 and will be held 10/10; 10/17; 10/24; No Class 10/31; 11/7 and 11/14. Series will be co-taught by Amber Broyles-500HR RYT and Linda Herrmann-200HR RYT.

This series is designed to assist beginners learn the basics of getting started, but can also reignite or deepen your Yoga practice. Class will cover basic yoga poses and modifications, yoga etiquette, breathwork, and much more.

Class size is limited to 12 participants. Cost for this Series is $90.
