“The Way of the Body” Tantra evening group. March 3rd

Join us for an enriching journey into Tantra embodiment practices and non-duality!

Our sessions begin with grounding embodiment practices designed to help you connect deeply with your body, fostering a sense of safety and awareness of your personal boundaries.

Each evening, we will explore a variety of Tantric practices that cultivate presence, devotion, sacredness, and acceptance, guiding you toward transcending diverse dual concepts and embracing non-duality. In addition to these transformative practices, we will incorporate healing love techniques from both Taoist and Tantric traditions.

At the close of each session, we will gather in a sharing circle for an open dialogue, allowing for questions and reflections in a supportive environment. We prioritize privacy, ensuring that "what happens here, stays here."
