Join us in welcoming in the Summer and stoking your inner fire in this powerful Solstice Kundalini Yoga workshop. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness, and is a practice in remembering how beautiful and magical you truly are. Christian Correia-Covert will guide you through several fiery practices that help you step into your own personal power and vitality.
