Raquel Strojvus of Deeply Rooted Alchemy presents Meditate & Create, a workshop incorporating mindfulness with crafting and sacred art.

Meditate & Create workshops are intentionally curated crafting workshops focused on expression and embodiment rooted in presence and alchemized through creativity. She invites you to be curious, to honor how you feel, and to express your authentic self through sacred crafts.

Join Raquel for a tranquil evening of guided meditation and creativity to help you connect with and observe your inner world.

This month, she'll guide you through a meditation to help you relax and unwind, followed by an activity to customize a flower pot and plant with intention. You'll leave with your very own houseplant to care for as a sacred reminder to care for your inner world.
