BUTI MVMNT

Buti is an intuitive somatic movement practice connecting the physical to the subtle body. A music driven soulful blend of cardio dance, vinyasa and tribal movement. We connect to ourselves and each other. We spiral and shake to release stored trauma in the physical body while awakening what is hidden beneath. It’s time to let go and release what no longer serves us.

In a typical Buti class you'll have a mix of HIIT-styled moves, yoga flow, core strengthening and stabilizing, intentional shaking, and primal movements to release stored tension, emotions and traumas.

This is unlike any other yoga class you've tried before! Grab a friend and lets sweat it out on the mat together!
