Join me, Ruth Patrizzi, for the second in our ongoing series of Practical Movement Shiatsu workshops, where we explore how the body holds wisdom, purpose, and potential far beyond the mind.
This Saturday, we’ll dive into the Motivation Family of meridians — exploring how the energy of the Kidneys and Heart (Shao Yin) connects your deep, unconscious impulses to your conscious awareness. We’ll look at how the Small Intestine meridian helps us discern what is truly aligned with our spirit, and how to let go of what no longer serves us.
✨ This workshop is open to everyone – whether or not you attended the first one.
Each session stands on its own.
We always begin with the basics and build from there, so you’ll feel held and included wherever you’re starting from.
Expect:
🌀 Guided movement and body awareness.
🌬️ Breath and touch explorations, Amplifying Touch and Bone Touch from the 6 forms of Touch of Bill Palmer.
💫 Somatic inquiry, stillness, and play
