Intro to Longsword - HEMA taster session

Due to some demand we’ve decided to run a last minute taster session leading into our beginners course.

Ever wanted to learn to fight with a sword?

Then you've come to the right place! We're offering a free beginners session at Leicester Longpoint for anyone who is 18 years or older.
Equipment will be supplied (and cleaned before hand!) all you need to bring is yourself, a drink of water and suitable exercise clothing with non-marking footwear.

No prior experience needed, you just need to book a ticket so we know to expect you!

At Leicester Longpoint we teach Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) of the medieval and renaissance era, in a modern and inclusive way. We take historical manuals and process them through modern sports science and teaching methods to give an effective and enjoyable experience.
