E-RYT 500 and certified Thai Massage Therapist Ashley will be guiding this fun and playful event. Ashley was trained in Bali and India with over nine years of teaching global, bringing a wealth of knowledge. Through gentle encouragement and a deep understanding of individual needs she strives to create a playful and supportive environment where students can explore, grow and find peace within themselves.

Event Schedule

The first 45 minutes will be working through a series of fun and playful partner yoga poses together. These poses work mainly by adding your own resistance allowing your muscles to relax and stretch while your partner’s resistance help your limbs stay in the pose. Because of your partner’s help, you’ll be able to try new poses and find deeper expressions of familiar poses while challenging yourself physically and emotionally by putting your body in another person’s hands. Working together leads to bonding, tests your ability to trust.

The next 45 minutes you will be guided through Thai massage techniques giving each partner an opportunity to give and receive a short massage, learning tools that you can then take home with you.

The final 30 minutes will be devoted to a relaxing sound bath moving through the 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Ether using over 20 unique instruments.
