Join us for our annual pop-up roasting event where we’ll be freshly roasting cases of Hatch Peppers with our friends at Melissa's Produce.

Choose from medium or hot peppers. No pre-order is necessary.

It's the perfect time to stock up on all of the best New Mexican Hatch Pepper items of the season. From Hatch pepper guacamole to crab cakes and beef patties to cornbread, we have something for everyone this Hatch season.
