~Jason Brody, M.S. in Psychology, had his first spiritual awakening when he was 28. This impelled him to go on a search to study the role emotions play in creating perspective, and to deeply explore effective healing modalities. This involved going through processes with over a dozen Awakened Masters of various disciplines from the Eastern Mystical and Western Psychological traditions.
Bringing together the best, Jason developed The Awakening Intensive, a step-by-step process for coming into right relationship with our feelings and deconstructing childhood trauma.
Awakening is a portal to a level where you deeply explore the roots of unhealed trauma and directly experience the power to move on from it.
~Kellie started her daily yoga practice during the pandemic and then became a certified yoga and meditation instructor in 2022, deepening her commitment to holistic health. She continues to advance her knowledge through studies in Yoga Therapy, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Ayurveda, integrating these practices into her retreats and workshops. As the chief curator at HappyME.yoga, her mission is to support like-minded women in their holistic approach to well-being and create and create a vibrant community. Kellie is passionate about curating the ultimate self-care holiday where vacation meets transformation like the retreat in Encinitas, Bali and Greece.
Originally from Manila, Kellie has made San Diego her home for over a decade. She continues
