Gongyasa followed by Sound Bath

Choose to experience a deeper yogic practice thru our special Gongyasa class or just need to disconnect from the everyday mind chatter thru our always unique Soundscapes created by the Gongs and other musical instrumentations

Here's the breakdown:
5:30PM - Gongyasa: This is a yoga practice that utilizes the slow flow and mindfulness of a Yin practice combined with the balancing and strength of a Yang practice. We will delve into body awareness as well as breathing practices to assist in the "holding" of various poses to a point. Then a gong tone will assist in releasing additional mental, emotional and physical tension and resistance allowing you to move deeper into your practice. This is an all levels yoga class.

7 PM Sound Bath Meditation: Settle into your personal space. Connect with yourself, your higher self and your community through the ethereal sounds created by the Gongs and other various instruments. Tap into the power of Spring for renewed energy and awakening. It is a powerful period for the planting of spiritual seeds and this Gong Experience Sound Bath & Meditation can assist you in doing just that.
