�Are you looking to add strength & resistance training into your life?

�Do you not have easy access to a gym or the thought of going to one leaves you feeling a bit nervous?

STRENGTH CLUB is an introduction (or refresher) for resistance & strength training. This class is for women only, with a small number of places so you can feel relaxed, have opportunity for feedback and feel supported.

Starting 23rd Feb at 18:30 - 19:15 for 6 weeks

Venue: Centre E, Ely, CB7 4DE



£10 per class/£54 for 6 sessions
