If your brain is buzzing, your body is flagging and your emotions are on the big dipper, this is for you.

All you need to do is turn up, get comfortable and do absolutely nothing.

Allow yourself to be guided into a dreamy state of rest with my guided relaxation, followed by the soothing sounds of my Singing Bowls to take you in to a deeper state of rest.

You will leave feeling balanced, restored and rejuvenated.
