Crystals & Chakras

A day long practical workshop working with crystals, chakras and how they relate to each other.
In the morning session we will focus on crystals, learning how to choose them, care for them and use them.
After lunch we will look at the chakra system in the bodies energy field, where you can find them, how they work and what can happen if they are out of balance. After this you will learn a basic chakra balancing tecnique using crystals
