My name is Emma and I play singing bowls for a sound bath experience.
I will ask you to lay down on a mat and get comfy with pillows blankets etc close your eyes. I will then talk a little about relaxing then I play chimes then go into bowls then chimes again.
It’s a very relaxing experience which can help with stress anxiety sleep and general wellbeing **
