Revive Postpartum

September, back to the routine of school life and also means I'm taking bookings for my next postpartum group for any ladies who gave birth 3-12 months ago.

Fridays 10-11am at the Soham Children Centre.
Starting Friday 26th September.
£30 for 6 sessions.
(Some free places available to eligible families)

This is a 6 week group focusing on you and your body. We learn about how things might have changed since pregnancy and birth, we look at easy and gentle ways to help recover in areas such as the core and pelvic floor and we give you a space to check in and take a minute for yourself.
