April 18th

This April we will be hosting a push pull and we’ll be LOADING some extras in….🪨👍

We’ll be hosting both male and female weight class categories
Male - Under 100kg / Over 100kg
Female - Under 85kg / Over 85kg

All events will be a weightlifting format with 3 nominated attempts with the bar always rising in weight
(Athletes will be made to follow themselves if their following attempt is lower than another athletes attempt)
