Po-Cha (Pole & Chair Choreo Workshop)

Welcome all levels to this amazing collaboration of chair and pole! In our Po-cha flow class we will combine elements or Chair Burlesque and Acro with Pole. If you thought these things were fun on their own, you are in for a treat!

Keeping our feet on the ground; this is perfect for those currently in beginner pole, but equally as fun and exciting for all levels who love Pole and Pole flow too! Adding the element of Chair allows us to explore some beautiful and dynamic choreography that you will not find anywhere else.

Please wear what you are comfortable in, no thigh grip is necessary for this flow class. But feel free dress to impress if you fancy it!

Prerequisites: None - complete beginners welcome
