Pen and Pint: An evening of social creativity!

A monthly drawing event combining craft ale and wellbeing. Jac will be sharing her expertise as a creative therapist to help uncover your hidden artistic abilities over a pint of refreshing ale - hot and cold soft drinks also available!

There'll be themes and prompts to get you started... all just for fun and materials provided.

Doing art in a group can provide relaxation and social connection, reduce stress and feelings of anxiety, support recovery and improve cognition.
