Health and Well Fair event

A fun day out with a focus on wellbeing, including healthy living, exercise and active lifestyles, mental health and financial wellbeing.

Among the attractions on the day will be:
• taster sessions and info on how to get involved in sports
• free climbing wall and smoothie bikes
• cost of living advice
• free Slimming World vouchers (eligibility criteria apply)
• Health Check kiosks by Healthy You
• Fitness Rush mobile gym
• free bike servicing, basic repairs and maintenance advice
• information on clubs, workshops, fundraising, volunteering and careers
