We will be running male & female classes of each category stated below

Deadlift for reps
Athletes will complete as many repetitions as possible within a 60second time limit
Straps, sleeves & belts permitted. No suits!
- 90kg / 160kg
- 100kg /170kg
- 50kg / 60kg
- 60kg / 100kg
Axle FTOH for reps
Athletes will complete as many repetitions as possible within a 60second time limit
Belt cleans permitted
- 35kg / 65kg
- 45kg / 75kg
- 30kg / 40kg
- 40kg / 50kg
Sandbag carry & load medley
Athletes will carry a sandbag 10m and load it over a yoke this will be repeated 3 times, fastest time wins (split times per bag)
Women 44”

Farmers carry (3x10m)
Athletes will complete 3 lengths of 10m with a drop and turn at the end of each length

Atlas stone for reps
Athletes will load an atlas stone over a yoke for as many repetitions as possible in 75seconds
Comp day crew will return the stone to you
Tacky permitted
