FREE Relax Kids Magical Adventures - Parent/ Carer and 5-8 year olds

I am excited to share the details of the next FREE Relax Kids Magical Adventures session for parents and carers and their 5-8 year olds.
We will be at the Day Centre at the front of the Littleport Village Hall at 11am on Saturday the 5th July.
We will be using the Relax Kids 7 steps to learn about our brain, body and emotions, building connection, confidence and relaxation skills.
These are the last free classes I need to run for my certificate, and spaces are LIMITED so please get in contact if you'd like to come so I can get you registered.
