Dear customers at PETM LTD, we understand that when unforeseen events happen and this may lead to the cancellation of a booking already made and paid to us. To reduce last-minute cancellations, please check our cancellation and refund policy below:
Due to limited seating for our courses, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before a scheduled course. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% fee. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
The owner has the right to be flexible here.

No refund shall be given in the event of:
• A participant failing to produce the required ID documents
• A participant failing to show up for the course
