We are very pleased to invite you to our end of term badge presentation and annual AGM on Friday the 18th July.
Doors will open at 5.30 and we aim to present badges for Squirrels and Beavers between approximately 6 and 6.30pm.
Please could parents of Cubs, Scouts and Harley Scouts arrive for 6.30 as we will then be holding a brief AGM which is a requirement of being a registered charity. Cubs, Scouts and Harley Scouts will receive their badges after the AGM.
We will be holding a raffle on the night to fundraise for new equipment so if you have any good quality raffle prizes please could you drop these with your leaders over the next few weeks, we would really appreciate it.
Finally we will also be offering food, drinks and snacks on the evening from 5.30. Burgers will be £3.50 and Hot Dogs will be £3 with veggie options for both, plus dairy and gluten free options available. Please could you complete the pre-order column on OSM so we know roughly how many to cater for. We can accept cash and card on the night although card is preferable!
We appreciate your support in attending this event and look forward to ending the year with a celebration of your children's achievements.
