360 Free Yoga Series!

Saturday, October 18th at 10am with Susan! Yoga for every body!

A monthly class that allows beginners and other levels of experience, to try a new class and find which flow you love most!

Yoga for Every Body is a welcoming and inclusive yoga class designed for all body types, ages, abilities, and experience levels. We focus on gentle, accessible movement, breath awareness, and mindful stretching. The goal for this class is to connect with your body in a way that feels good for you.

There is no fee or registration needed for this class.

All are welcome. Located at 360 E. 14th Street, Elmira Heights
