Elma High School track and field asb youth camp

Come join us on the Track! Elma High School's Track & Field ASB invites you to join us for great fun!

The Elma Youth Track & Field Day Camp was developed to introduce young athletes to this sport rich in tradition and history. These programs combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our exercises and drills will prepare athletes for a future in cross-country, track and field events, and distance running, while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are all covered in this unique program.

Participants will put it all together for one fun-filled day at the end of the week at the Elma Youth Track Meet!

1st-5th graders from Elma, Satsop, McCleary, and Oakville are all welcome to join!
