Peach Festival at the Ellington Farmers Market – Saturday, Aug. 9
Join us from 9 AM to 12 PM at 72 Maple Street for one of the sweetest mornings of the season. It's time for the Peach Festival, and that means golden, juicy New England peaches from Bussa Orchards—just picked and ready for pie, jam, or biting into on the way home.
This year's peach celebration features all kinds of peachy goodness: jams, baked treats, and the star of the show—LuAnn’s fresh-baked biscuit peach shortcake. If you know, you know. If you don’t, this is the year to fix that.
Stick around a while, pull up a chair or bring your blanket, and soak in the sounds of Dogtown, a string band with roots deep in Southern and Irish fiddle traditions. It’s toe-tappin’, hand-clappin’ music that’ll make your heart lighter and your morning brighter.
You’ll also find No Coast Taqueria's flavorful brunch fare inspired by Mexican street food, and all the best that small-town living has to offer—from friendly faces and local produce to handmade goods and that easy, late-summer feeling that makes you want to slow down and savor it all.
We’re still doubling SNAP and FMNP every Saturday, and the Kids POP Club is going strong.
Come on down. It’s going to be peachy keen!
