Whether you're brand new to arm balances or looking to explore more challenging variations of Crow Pose, this workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We'll break down the building blocks of Crow—strength, balance, focus, and trust—through mindful movement, playful practice, and guided techniques. You'll learn how to engage your core, activate your hands and arms, and face the fear of falling with curiosity and courage.

No expectations, no pressure—just an invitation to explore what’s possible when you believe in yourself. Leave feeling strong, uplifted, and inspired by your own body!

- Step-by-step breakdown of Crow Pose & several variations, including detailed alignment instructions
