First Course ~ Halibut
Lightly smoked and pan seared with Old Bay, lemon butter cream, and mushroom ragout.

Second Course ~ Braised Mussels
Served in white wine butter with saffron fennel broth and warm bread.

Third Course ~ Lobster Bisque
A creamy lobster soup finished with sherry, dill crème fraîche, and crostini.

Fourth Course ~ Crab Salad
Fresh crab tossed in lemon Dijon mayo with celery and chives, served over greens in a light vinaigrette.

Fifth Course ~ Sorbet
Lemon lime

Sixth Course ~ Mixed Grill
Scallop, swordfish, and shrimp grilled with lime butter, served with slaw and grilled corn.

Seventh Course ~ Strawberry Parfait
Layered with vanilla sponge cake, strawberries in simple syrup, and whipped cream.
