On Sunday, May 25th, we’ll be serving a seven course Gulf Coast inspired Chef’s Table, a celebration of Southern coastal cooking, shared with the kind of warmth and care you’d expect from a good friend’s kitchen.
This menu brings the spirit of the Gulf to our Appalachian home. From fresh seafood to bold, bright flavors layered with tradition, every dish tells a story of comfort, community, and a deep love of food made from scratch.

First Course ~ Deviled Crab Gratin
Sweet jumbo lump crab folded with herbs, spices, cream, and cracker crumbs, lightly fried and served with lemon pepper aioli.
Second Course~ Seafood Paella
A classic coastal preparation with shellfish, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato, olive oil, and saffron rice.
Third Course ~ Fish Chowder
Creamy chowder with fresh fish, sweet corn, and sour cream, finished with toasted crostini.
Fourth Course ~ Summer Salad
Mixed greens with orange segments, strawberries, sweet onion, toasted pecans, and basil vinaigrette.
Fifth Course ~ Orange Sorbet
Bright and refreshing, a cool intermission kissed by citrus.
Sixth Course ~ Grouper with Kumquat Butter
Seared grouper marinated and sautéed with kumquats, served over saffron-chili basmati rice.
Seventh Course ~ Key Lime Mousse
Tart and smooth with honey graham crumble, white chocolate ganache, and a crisp almond tuile.
