4. Class E, F – Antique Tractors – Stock RPM’s & Drawbar-Rubber or Steel Wheels – May only pull in this class. NO OVERSIZED

5. Classes G & H – Walworth County Fair General, Street Stock & Hot Rod Street Rules Apply.
6. No Antiques in Stock Classes. Tractor pulling in Antiques cannot pull in Stock Class.

****GENERAL AND SAFE OPERATING RULES ****

1. Tractor operator must be owner, or owner approved operator 18 years or older. 16 years or older will be allowed if signed release by Parent.
2. Entry fee is for tractor entered. Operator may enter several tractors in any one class, provided entry fee is paid for each tractor entered.
3. Tractor may compete only once in each class. Entry fee must be paid for each class entered. Committee may allow optional added entry IF NEEDED to fill short or added class(es).
4. OPERATOR must furnish adequate clevis for hookup.
5. Operator must remain seated and retain control at all times. Operator must remain seated in operating position at any time tractor is on track with engine running.
6. VERTICAL exhaust stack ONLY; with NO rain caps or deflector elbows.
7. Drawbar must be stationary in ALL directions; no more than 20 INCHES from top edge to ground; and MUST EXTEND NO LESS THAN 18 INCHES from center of rear axle.
8. ALL WEIGHTS MUST BE FIRMLY ATTACHED TO TRACTOR. FRONT WEIGHTS SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN 24 INCHES FROM ORIGINAL FRONT OF TRACTOR. Rear weights SHALL NOT HINDER SAFE HOOKUP TO SLED. Loss of any ballast or tractor parts on track, (0 to 300 ft.), while operating under GREEN FLAG is cause for disqualification.
9. ALL TYPES of on-the-go shifting will be allowed; HOWEVER, PULL IS ENDED WHEN FORWARD MOTION CEASES. Operator will shut down immediately on signal from track judge. DECISION OF JUDGES IS FINAL.
10. Contest will follow rules of operation as outlined in SECTION XII(12) OF 2016 NTPA PULLING RULES.
ll. CONTESTANT NUMBERS AND PULL POSITIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED AT REGISTRATION. PULL POSITIONS WILL BE POSTED FOR DRIVER INFORMATION. OPERATOR MAY REQUEST PULL POSITION VARIENCE IN CASE OF CLASS CONFLICT. ANY ENTRY NOT ON DECK (without just cause) FOR HIS PULL POSITION MAY BE DISQUALIFIED.
12. COMMITTEE RESERVES IT'S TOTAL RIGHT TO REJECT OR DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRY FOR RULE(S) INFRACTION OR IMPROPER CLASS ENTRY.
13. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON TRACK OR IN "ON-DECK" AREA. No operator will be allowed to compete if in the opinion of the COMMITTEE FAIR OFFICIALS, OR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS SAID OPERATION WILL BE IMPAIRED OR UNSAFE DUE TO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS, MEDICINES OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF. NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEE IF DISQUALIFIED FOR THIS REASON.
14. ALL CONTESTANTS ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK; AND SHALL NOT HOLD THE COMMITTEE, OR FAIR OFFICIALS liable for any accident, injury to themselves or others, or damage to their own or other property that may occur during the course of this event.
****2025 WALWORTH COUNTY FAIR TRACTOR & TRUCK PULLING CONTEST****
**** CLASS, EQUIPMENT, AND SAFE OPERATING RULES ****
1. These classes in the afternoon session are open to anyone in Walworth County and surrounding counties. Drivers PLEASE enter Farm Tractors in Farm Classes ONLY! Only two (2) pulls per session!
2. Tractor must have O.E.M. (or current replacement) engine, frame, and drive train. Tractor must be in safe operating conditions; must retain original front grill, radiator, fuel tank, hood, rockshaft housing or transmission cover, and seat support. Must have original fenders (or committee judged adequate replacement for safe operation).
3. Tractors pulling in Classes A-H must be strictly Farm Stock.
4. Classes A-H WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE PULL.
5. NO NITROUS FUELS ALLOWED. NO LP TORQUE-TOPPERS ON TURBO-CHARGED ENGINES.
6. ALL ENTRIES shall be subject to committee inspection at weigh-in; and committee judgement during contest. If, in the opinion of the committee, tractor or operator does not meet the above rules or perform within the scope of the above rules; COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY OR MOVE TO OPEN CLASS ANY ENTRY. Entry fee will be returned if entrant is unable to meet rules.
