Activating Your Merkaba

"Mer" means Light.
"Ka" means life force energy.
"Bah" means body.

The Merkaba is your Light-Life Force-Body. In mystery schools our Merkaba is also our 6 sensing rays. The Egyptians believed that this innate aspect of consciousness is what allows creation to begin, hence - our ability to manifest.

The Merkaba also symbolizes the connection between the physical & spiritual realms; some say it is the very vehicle in which we travel between the two worlds. Activating your Merkaba can facilitate spiritual growth & transformation. Many practitioners use the Merkaba in meditation to achieve higher states of consciousness. Many believe it is linked to our Divine Light, Healing, & Divine Protection and enhances balance & harmony within oneself.
