Yoga in the Park

Beginner to Beginner-Intermediate Level

Join us as we partner with Kyron Christopherson of Halo Heart Yoga and Sound for this unique yoga in the park class!

Register for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience designed for those new to yoga or looking to refine their practice. This class will focus on foundational poses, mindful breathing, and gentle flows to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have some experience, you'll receive personalized guidance and adjustments in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Expect a combination of dynamic movements and static stretches, with an emphasis on proper alignment, body awareness, and relaxation. Come enjoy the beauty of nature while connecting to your body, mind, and breath in a fun, light-hearted class that makes yoga accessible to all. Bring a mat, water bottle, and any props you may need to support your practice.
