Entries Close July 13th, 2025 Late entry fee of $50 for entries after July 13th, 2025 if space is available.

Entry Fees L1-L7 $350 for one show $525 for both shows.
Non-competing entry: $200 per entry. Must complete show entry and pay haul‐in or stall fee. Only if space available and at the discretion of management.
Stalls Main Barn (located near show office):
$180 Friday- Sunday (10 available) two bags of bedding included
$215 Thursday- Sunday (10 available) two bags of bedding included
Show Barn (located near outdoor arena):
$150 Friday- Sunday (20 available) two bags of bedding included
$185 Thursday - Sunday (20 available) two bags of bedding included
Must have a stall for stallions, no haul in and working out of a trailer for stallions.
Must strip stall or pay additional $25.00 fee
Bedding $15.00 a bag
Haul In $35 a day
Dry Camping $25 a night
July 28th, 2025 Clinic with Rebecca Algar $150 a ride, 45 minute private lesson.
1. One entry form per horse and rider combination. Your entry is not considered complete until payment, liability release for USAWE and Skyreach Equestrian Center and proof of vaccines is emailed to

2. NO fax or phone entries.
3. Participants will be invoiced for classes via PayPal with 4.5% processing fees and need to be paid promptly.
4. NSF Checks or declined Credit Card: Returned checks (NSF, stop payment) or declined credit card will have a fee of $50.00.
5. Refunds: Prior to closing date, full refund except $50.00 office fee. No refund after closing date. The only exception is if the weather forces cancellation or shut down of show. In the event of a show cancellation all fees will be refunded.
6. Helmets: All riders must wear ASTM/SEI approved equestrian safety helmet while mounted.
7. All Tests are the current USAWE tests. Show conducted according to USAWE rules.
8. Schedule: Riders with multiple horses entered in different classes will be scheduled with the goal to allow 45 minutes between rides. Please provide your own support to accommodate that timeframe.
9. Riders riding multiple horses in the same class may have less than 45 minutes between rides, please plan accordingly.
10. Awards: Ribbons 1st through 4th place. Prize to first place and highpoint winners.
11. Unclaimed tests/ribbons or music will be held at show office for 2 days after show. If you cannot stay for results after your ride, please designate someone to pick them up. Unclaimed materials will not be mailed.
12. Changes: Any entry changes after closing date for classes/tests, or Horse/Rider change is $10.00 per change.
13. Incomplete Entries will have an additional $10.00 office fee.
14. All test will be ridden in outdoor competition arena (20m X 40m) or grass field size .
Show Rules
1. Parking: Parking attendant will direct parking.
2. Facility Use: Horses can only be tied to trailers or inside their stall.
3. No horses other than resident horses are allowed in cross-ties or wash bay area in front of main barn.
4. Lunging allowed in designated areas only.
5. No modifications or nailing/screwing on or in stalls allowed. Any damage to stalls will incur a minimum $150 damage fee.
6. No Drones for any reason.
7. Dogs: Well behaved, non-barking leashed dogs allowed at management discretion.
8. Decisions: All judges’ decisions are final. If a judge or management decides that an animal is not fit to show, the decision will be final.
9. Disputes: Any disputes or problems during the show should be brought to the attention of the show manager.
10. Disqualification:
Grounds for disqualification and expulsion without a refund:
· unsportsmanlike conduct
· use of severe bits or training devices
· unruly or out-of-control horses
· mistreatment of any horse or student as determined by management or judges
· exhibiting a horse that is exhausted, injured, or lame
