About our speaker: Dr. Meliksah Demir is the Rekhi Singh Endowed Professor in Happiness at Sac State. He teaches the Psychology of Happiness course at Sac State. His research focuses on the roles of close relationship in happiness across cultures and investigates how and when happiness promoting strategies align with pursuit of happiness.
