Supported Chair Yoga

Join certified group fitness instructor Susan Heaton for Supported Chair Yoga!

Designed for adults 55+, this class helps improve posture, flexibility, and overall health through gentle movement. You'll also learn breathing techniques and guided relaxation to help reduce stress. Take a step toward better well-being—discover the benefits of Supported Chair Yoga. This in-person workshop takes place in the Lee Maternowski Meeting Room.

Note: A signed waiver is required to participate.
