Summer Special Class: Flow Into Stillness

Make time for mindfulness this summer. We welcome one of our recent RYS 200 graduates, Angela Miles PTA, RYT-200 to our studio.

Angela has extensive experience and will weave meditation seamlessly into mindful movement, cultivating in an extended, deeply restorative savasana. The class invites participants to explore the balance between active awareness and profound relaxation, creating a journey of mind-body integration.

Select Saturdays in June and July. Class size is limited and registration is required. This class is available for our unlimited members and our drop-in rate.
