Flow Into Stillness

Make time for mindfulness. We welcome one of our recent RYS 200 graduates, Angela Miles PTA, RYT-200 to our studio.

Angela has extensive meditation experience and will weave meditation seamlessly into mindful movement, cultivating in an extended, deeply restorative savasana. The class invites participants to explore the balance between active awareness and profound relaxation, creating a journey of mind-body integration.

Select Saturdays. Class size is limited and registration is required. This class is available for our unlimited members and our drop-in rate.
