Fall Family Foraging

Join avid foragers, Megan Martin & Sarah Sotkiewicz for an exciting journey through nature as we explore the wonders of foraging together as a family! This program is designed to foster a deeper connection with the natural world & promote sustainable living practices.

Megan has collaborated with Kentucky's Fish and Wildlife to develop & lead programs, while Sarah brings her preschool teacher experience to work with youngsters with hands-on creation of a craft and lead them in their own foraging walk. Explore the local flora & learn about edible plants, sustainable foraging practices, & how to identify safe & healthy food sources.
