Yoga with Victoria

A one hour yoga class; $20, includes a lavender lemonade for after class. This is a class of gentle flow of Asana poses, followed by a short meditation of relaxation. Open to all levels, including beginners. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, some friends and an open mind for relation in the beautiful scenery of Elgin.

Hello my name is Vicki Holaday, and I am a yoga teacher passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. My journey with yoga began after I retired from the military and yoga was recommended to me by other veterans as a productive way to deal with my PTSD and injuries. I've since immersed myself in the practice, studying different styles such as, Vinyasa and Asana.

My classes are designed to be mindful, challenging and accessible to every yoga skill level. I focus classes on breathwork and proper alignment to assist healing. I'm committed to creating Safe and supportive space where everyone can find their flow. Outside of teaching yoga you can find me enjoying spending time with my Golden Retrievers and the Sonoita/Elgin outdoors. I'm excited to connect with you on the mat and guide you on your yoga journey
