Public meeting to discuss what the quarry means for Elgin and how you can object

Leiths have submitted planning permission to build a massive sand and gravel quarry with a concrete producing plant just outside Elgin in Birnie. All HGV traffic from the quarry is to be routed in and out of Elgin at peak times. The meeting is to discuss how you can object to stop this from going ahead. All welcome and please spread the word.
