Sangha Saturdays: The Eight Worldly Concerns

Join us in exploring and understanding the 4 pairs of attachment and aversion, also know as the Eight Worldly Concerns or the Eight Worldly Winds.

These are mental preoccupations that lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment in our daily lives.

We can train our Mind to identify these unhealthy mental states, and transform them to experience true happiness.
