Unwind after work with a brand new evening offering: Stretch & Roll with Laela!
This 45-minute class combines guided stretching and foam rolling to help you recover, reduce soreness, and improve mobility. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, your body will thank you.

💪 Open to ALL fitness levels
🧘‍♂️ Mats and rollers available (or bring your own!)
✅ Free with your Y membership – no sign-up necessary

This Wednesday class is now part of our weekly summer group exercise schedule, along with Monday mornings – so you’ve got two chances each week to reset and recharge.
