Join the Fitness & Sports Center for the Military Fitness Expo! This event seeks to unite fitness enthusiasts ranging from bodybuilders, powerlifters and competitive athletes to new health and wellness products and services, personal trainers, group exercise instructors and much more!

1100 | Fitness Expo Kick-Off 5K (CC)
1130 3-Point Competition (Gym)
1200 | Deadlift Max Reps
(Men: 225 lbs/Women: 135 lbs) in 60 Seconds (Gym) (CC)
1230 | 4-Person Power Relay (Gym)
Burpees, Buddy Carry/Drag, Tire Flips, and Sprints (2 males & 2 females)
1300 | Table Tennis Singles (Gym)
1400 | Timed Jump Rope (Gym) (CC)
